How does the 14-day free trial work?
Connect your first data source in under 10 minutes and the platform starts building your player experience timeline immediately. You get full access to your plan's gates for 14 days with no credit card required. Both annual plans can be cancelled within those 14 days at no charge. At the end of the trial, a member of our team will be in touch to confirm your setup or help you adjust.
Which gates are included in the Explorer plan?
Explorer covers Analytics, Playtesting, Quality of Experience (QoE), and Community Pulse — four of the six Braintelligence data gates. The Biometrics and Expert Review gates are available on the Nexus plan or as a standalone Expert Study.
How many testers can I get in an Expert Study?
There is no fixed cap — we scope the tester count to match your study's needs. After you contact us, we discuss your game, your key questions, and the right number of participants to give you statistically meaningful and actionable results.
What data sources does Braintelligence connect with?
GameAnalytics, PlayFab, Google Analytics, PlayTestCloud, user feedback channels, changelogs, QoE data, and your design intent documents. You don't need all of them — the AI works with whatever you connect and improves as you add more sources.
Do I need an SDK or a special build?
No. Connect your existing tools and import your data directly. The optional Braintelligence SDK adds live event tracking in Unity and Unreal but is never required to get started or to run a study.
How long does an Expert Study take?
7 days from build submission to final report delivery. Your team's time commitment is under 60 minutes total — we handle everything else.
